This draw invited 277 candidates who had got provincial nomination. Provincial Nominations automatically receive an additional 600 CRS points, the CRS of these candidates would be significantly higher after addition of 600 points. The CRS cut-off of 726 is consistent with the previous PNP draws.
Tie Breaking Rule Explained
The tie breaking rule of September 24, 2024 at 15:46:19 UTC means of there are more than one candidate with the same CRS of 726 only those who submitted their profiles before this date and time got ITA in this round. If you had this score and did not get ITA maybe this rule is applied on you.
Next Steps after getting ITA
- Start preparing your application for PR without waiting for any longer.
- Collect all of your documents(e.g. police certificates, Immigration Medical, proof of funds (exemption apply for inland applicants), Educational documents, Experience letters, Salary slips, English Language Test or French, Spousal documents(if eligible) plus make sure these documents keep valid throughout the process.
If you didn’t receive ITA:
Don’t loose hope and keep trying. Keep your profile active and updated and explore other PNP options with other provinces.
Monitor your CRS score and try to enhance it(e.g., retaking language tests, adding French language test, adding more work experience, studying in Canada(for of shore applicants).
Try to gain work experience in target category based draws, these target your occupations or language ability for example Healthcare and social service , Trades, Education , STEM ,Agriculture and Agri Food and French language Draw. Majority of people inside Canada are switching to Healthcare and Trades sectors plus learning French Language to become eligible in these target draws.
