Eligibility Under This Draw
Not everyone was eligible under this draw in contrast the eligibility criteria was hard to achieve. Candidates needed a minimum score of 724 in the MPNP ranking system and been directly invited by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative.

Of the total invitations, 7 candidates had valid Express Entry profiles and job seeker validation codes. Manitoba is regularly conducting PNP draws and inviting skilled people for PNP but in small numbers.
Why Strategic Recruitment Matters
The MPNP’s strategic recruitment initiatives are developed in a way to connect Manitoba employers and communities with candidates who skilled in skills that are in short supply.
This initiative focus on healthcare, skilled trades, francophone immigration plus regional workforce needs.
You cant not directly apply in this stream but Employers must hire you though these pathways moreover they must be approved by MPNP. The candidates need to meet the basic eligibility such as language proficiency, education, and relevant work experience plus conditions of specific stream they wanted to apply.
If you are an international graduate in Canada outside of Manitoba and plans to move to Manitoba, you must keep in mind that you will loose points for your previous out of Manitoba education and out of Manitoba work experience moreover you are deemed as high retention risk candidate.
