Alberta the oil rich province of Canada is conducting multiple PNP draws to attract skilled talent. In the month of June so far it has conducted a total of 6 draws.
The most recent draw of Alberta PNP was conducted on June 19, 2025 under Alberta Express Entry Stream-Accelerated Tech Pathway. 22 invitations were issued with minimum score of invited candidates was 73.
On June 18, 2025 fewer than 10 invitations issued under Express Entry-Law Enforcement pathway, with minimum score of 51.
On June 17, 2025 there were 39 invitations issued under tourism and hospitality stream with minimum score of 71.
On June 10, 2025 under dedicated health care pathway-express entry stream 33 ITA’s issued with minimum score of 53.
On June 5, 2025 18 ITA’s issued under Express Entry priority occupations with minimum score of 70.
Sectors in Focus
We can see that certain sectors are in target under the eyes of Alberta PNP. These are as of June:
- Health Care: The two draws in June show high demand of healthcare professionals.
- Tourism and Hospitality: Alberta attracts thousands of visitors every year and summers is its peak season. To cater this demand of hospitality workers it has launched this program. Alberta regularly conducts this draw.
- Law enforcement : The draw was very small under Express Entry Stream.
- Tech: It was the highest score cut off draw of the month, this shows high competition in this sector.
