Program: Canadian Experience Class
Number of Invitations Issued: 3,000
CRS Score of Lowest-Ranked Candidate Invited: 518

Analysis of the Draw
The CRS score has drooped from the previous CEC Draws and it’s the second lowest one since September 19,2024 Draw with CRS score-509. We can also see CEC draws in almost every month with invitation numbers ranging from 3000 to 4000.
If we compare this draw with the earlier CEC Draws we see a stability in the CRS Scores and continuous efforts of IRCC to target highly skilled workers who are already working in Canada.
For the tie breaking rule it is implemented to ensure fairness when there are multiple candidates who have same CRS score. In this case, only profiles submitted before October 2, 2024 at 1:48:36 UTC were considered if they had the minimum CRS score of 518.
This Draw is hope for International Graduates
International Graduates have invested sufficient financial resources in Canada during their higher education in Canada plus they have accumulated the Canadian work experience and integrated themselves with Canadian society.
They are best candidates for permanent residency in the eyes of Canadian government and they want to settle in Canada permanently after gaining local Canadian work experience.
This draw is hopeful for those who are on Post Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) or employer specific work permits who are building their career in Canada.
With the 2025-2027 Immigration Level Plan targeting over 110,000 economic immigrants annually, the continued CEC draws support this strategy.
