Good news from IRCC to Express Entry applicants on June 10 2025. IRCC has conducted PNP draw and invited candidates from the pool for Permanent Residency.

Program: Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
Number of ITAs issued: 125
CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate: 784
Tie-breaking rule: September 12, 2024 at 18:12:15 UT
This means only those candidates who:
- Had a minimum CRS score of 784 and,
- Submitted their Express Entry profile before the tie-breaking date (if they had the same score),
They received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in this round.
This EE draw targeted only those candidates who were nominated by the province, they received an automatic 600 additional CRS points. PNP is the most reliable pathway for permanent residency for international students, skilled workers and those with ties to specific provinces. PNP nomination make almost confirmed chance of PR.
