What is Express Entry PNP Stream
The PNP stream allows Canadian provinces and territories to nominate skilled workers who can fill local labour market gaps. Once nominated, candidates receive an additional 600 CRS points, significantly boosting their chance of receiving an ITA under Express Entry.
With this draw, IRCC continues to emphasize regional immigration priorities, aligning with Canada’s 2025–2028 Immigration Levels Plan, which targets record numbers of newcomers to address workforce shortages and demographic shifts.

So far in 2025, IRCC has issued over 81,000 invitations through various Express Entry categories — including PNP, Canadian Experience Class (CEC), French-language proficiency, healthcare, education, and trade occupation draws.

Next Express Entry CRS Score Prediction
Every Express Entry PNP draw CRS cut off score is more than 700 due to addition of 600 points in CRS profile. Grade 12 International graduates in Canada who can’t score enough for CEC draw should target PNP draws.
For the next year 2026 , IRCC has given major boost to PNPs means now provinces have more allocation to nominate applicants for permanent residency.
We predict that next several CEC draws will be very competitive means more than 510 and would not fall anytime soon. But if IRCC grants 33,000 PR to applicants from the highest CRS score bracket of Express Entry profile then yes CEC draws may fall, as this will significantly erase competition.
Grade 12 international graduates you can target dedicated healthcare and education draws for PR as these draws have significantly lower CRS score requirements than CEC draws plus you don’t need any PNP from any province, just one year work experience and make your profile and wait for the draws.
