Are you an International Graduate in Canada or temporary foreign worker in Canada on work permit and exploring your pathways to become permanent resident of Canada and stay in Canada permanently. - December 1-15
It’s important to know that RCIP applications will open every month from June to December 2025.The intake will open on the 1st business day of each month and close on 15th of each month or when 7 applications are received, whichever comes the first the intake will close till it opens further. There is quota of only 7 applications per month which is significantly low when we see number of temporary foreign workers in Canada plus only 5 candidates are recommended per intake period. There is a limitation of 1 recommendation on per NOC per month to max 2 per year/NOC. However, there is a no limitation on number of recommendations in critical NOCs such as 31102, 31301, 32101, and 33102. Important for food service workers that Food Service Supervisors, NOC 62020, will exclude fast food restaurants. Plus there will limitation of 1 recommendation per employer in above NOC 62020
Should you target this community?
The hardest part of this program is getting endorsement from the community. Plus there are limitations on the NOCs that can be recommended this makes this particular community program highly competitive. But on the other hand if you work in certain NOCs there are no limitations. So if you are a healthcare sector worker such as 33102-Nurse Aide and orderlies, 31301-RN/RPN, 32101-LPN, 31102-GP and FP this programs gives you edge over other workers. This program can be your golden ticket to PR when you are able to secure a job from this community’s employer and further get a recommendation from the community based on your job.
